Transition and Transformation Services

To ensure a successful migration / transition of any type, AC3 uses a multi stage Current State Assessment approach comprising of:

  • Discovery – Undertake an inventory of all applications, workloads and services grouping them into Platforms
  • Assess – Categorise and prioritise platforms based on key attributes such as compatibility with operating systems, business criticality and risk
  • Target – Propose the recommended target infrastructure platform that the application workloads and services will live on. We will propose suitable applications to be delivered using AC3’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), Backup-as-a-Services (BaaS) or an appropriate Cloud platform service via pre-defined brokered service.
  • Proof of Concept Migration – This step will provide validation for the above decisions on which platform the application workloads will end up on.

Subsequent to these initial stages, we move into more detailed delivery and migration stages that can be customised depending your requirements.
